So, recently on the official website of Toyota, it is observed that Urban Cruiser which looks similar to Maruti Brezza, has been discontinued. According to the reports, the company said that not a single unit of Toyota Urban Cruiser has been sold so far therefore forcefully they had to take this initiative. As soon as the news broke on social media it created a buzz and everyone started to search for the car. No matter if someone was planning to buy this or not, they are searching for the car.
Recently, we have seen that Maruti’s Brezza and Baleno got some updates in the terms of designs and now when the competition is at its peak, Toyota has discontinued its Urban Cruiser which looks like Maruti’s Breeza. When Maruti launched its Baleno, Toyota brought Glanza and when there was Brezza Toyota introduced its Urban Cruiser. As Maruti made some changes in its premium hatchback called Baleno, Toyota just behind did the same in its premium hatchback called Glanza. However, Maruti upgraded the design of its Brezza and even introduced the SUV in CNG trim. But this time we didn’t see anything with the urban cruiser.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Discontinued?
Well, it all started when Maruti launched its Brezza because both Toyota and Maruti have signed a strategic partnership due to which Toyota is copying the designs of the brand, but this time ahead of the re-launch of Maruti’s Brezza Toyota didn’t make any announcement after which people started to search about Urban cruiser and then it came to know that the brand has discontinued the concept because of no sale in past few months. However, the brand can launch it with some upgrades but speculations are rife that the brand probably not going to launch the urban cruiser.
However, on the official website, there is Urban Cruiser Hyryder that seems Toyota is planning to bring something new to the market. Well, there are so many factors on which saying this won’t be bad that Toyota will hardly bring the urban cruiser back to the market because if we talk about the sales ratio of the car so the SUV’s sale has recorded a massive downfall. According to the reports, where in the past month of 2022 a total of 330 units were sold of Toyota Urban cruiser, in the previous month, not a single unit has been sold so far.
