Hyundai Creta Facelift Gets 5 Star NCAP Rating Read More here

Hey, folks! People of India are now looking for safety in their cars. However, a bunch of people’s class still chooses mileage and price over their safety. So, today we are talking about the NCAP crash test ratings of Hyundai’s Creta.

Undoubtedly, Hyundai never compromises in the terms of safety, therefore, the brand is keep battling to come in the 2nd number of top car-selling companies. However, on the 2nd number, we often see Tata motors while sometimes Hyundai beats the brand. In a recent, happened crash test by NCAP where they crashed Hyundai Creta Facelift and surprisingly, the car got 5-star ratings from NCAP that has now left a benchmark for Hyundai that upcoming cars from this brand can now give neck-to-neck competition to Tata Motors.

In the crash test, 2 cars were tested where we have seen Hyundai Creta SUV & Stargazer MPV. Both of the cars are currently available for the Indonesian market, although both are yet to come into the Indian market. But in the test, while Creta scores 5 stars on the other side Stargazer scores 4, and this 1-star gap can create a huge difference in the market.

However, the car is yet to launch in India because the brand has not made any official announcement about its launch but the car has made its debut in Indonesia. In the Indian market, people are talking that Hyundai may launch this new upgraded 5-seater SUV in the upcoming year. So far the car is available in 5 trims where you will get to see manual petrol to automatic diesel. Although, it may have some other mandatory features that won’t be much more than the current Hyundai Creta available in the Indian market.


The current variant of the Hyundai Creta that is available in the Indian market is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, 1493 CC engine, 113.45bhp@4000rpm of max power and the torque will be the same as the Facelift version. However, some of the features would be as same as the current Hyundai Creta in India. The major changes would be nothing but can be design, height and width of the car, ground clearance, and some modifications in the interior. If we talk about the price so the Hyundai Creta is priced at Rs.10.44 – 18.24 Lakh (Indian variant) and it is assumed that the car would cost around the same price that we have seen already.
