Tata Motos To Launch Tata Harrier EV Ahead Of Safari EV, Keeping the electric vehicle’s competition in sight Tata Motors has also tightened its seat belts to make the completion even tougher than before. However, there is no doubt that Tata motors do have not any exact rivals in the market but still, Mahindra is trying to take over the brand for which Tata is leaving no stone unturned to grip the market. So far speculations are rife on the internet saying Tata is likely to launch the EV segment of its SUV Tata Safari, and recently another piece of news came into view confirming that the brand is about to launch another E-variant of its Harrier.

Before Tata’s announcement, Mahindra confirmed that they are launching the electric variant of the Mahindra XUV and reportedly, the Mahindra XUV e8 is likely to be launched by the end of 2024. Although, the brand is taking a much longer time which shows their assurance towards their vehicle. So, when Mahindra confirmed the news of launching an electric car, Tata decided to take over the brand in this race as well. So, recently when a Tata Safari wearing green number plates surfaced on the internet, it confirmed that the brand is all testing its electric segment.

Well, there is no doubt that Tata motors are the leading car maker company in India and since they launched the Tiago and Tigor EV they have expanded their roots in the electric car market. So, the brand has no competition in the market, especially in the terms of electric cars but it seems like the brand can be defeated by Mahindra because Mahindra recently announced the XUV400, and XUV800 Electric concepts followed by which the Safari car maker has to make a strong move to continue to keep the grip over the market.

At the 2023 Auto Expo Tata announced a rival to the upcoming XUV800 (XUV700 electric version) unveiling the Harrier EV concept. However, the brand has not revealed much information about its upcoming car but some online sources have claimed that the car will have an upgraded front fascia where the regular grille will be replaced with a closed one that doesn’t need much air intake. Along with the bottom grille which is used for air circulation and cooling batteries. Buyers will get to see parking sensors too.

Although, as we said that the brand has not opened up about the features and specs of the car but it seems like that Tata has been inspired by Hyundai as they have given a better and newsly designed alloy wheels in it. As it is going to be an electric car therefore in this you will get to see a lot of work on LED lights, such as from outside to inside there would be many LEDs placed. So, now let’s see if the brand’s latest segment will live up to the expectations or not. However, there is much time, under which Mahindra can probably expand its roots among Indians.
