Maruti Suzuki Alto is quite a popular car with the middle-class families of the country. Although the sales might have been dropped a notch, the ultimate hatchback seems to be enjoying an extended fan base globally. The Alto has its roots deeply etched in the Japanese car market, and recently Suzuki unveiled its product in all-new Kei avatars.
Kei, in Japan, is a micro car that has blunt yet striking features on the exteriors. The Suzuki Alto Lapin LC is the Kei avatar manufactured by the company for Japanese tarmac.
The Alto Lapin is an existing product in the Japanese car market, but the Alto Lapin LC is a fresh wave of air. The car looks like a mini version of a Mini Cooper, yet it stands out. The car’s front fascia features round headlamps, a small open grille with chrome accents, and wedges between the headlamps.
The frontal elements do not fail to add a classic touch to the vehicle. Taking the retro Wagon further, the Suzuki offers the car with old, pastel color schemes, including light green, brown and pastel pink. Depending on the owner’s choice, customers can also opt for a dual-tone colour scheme, where the roof will be painted in either brown or white.
Coming to the interiors, the Suzuki Alto Lapin LC has upholstery painted in brown plaid fabric and hints of the chocolate-coloured faux. The cabin has traces of beige over the door panels giving it a delicate but finest contrast. A customization option for the dashboard is available where the customers can opt for a seven-inch infotainment screen in the middle.
