MY23 Kawasaki Ninja 400 Is Now Available in Two Colors

Kawasaki India has announced the launch of the BS6 complaint Ninja 400 in our market at Rs 4.99 Lakhs. The latest iteration of the motorcycle is just Rs 1,000 more costly than the BS4 variant, although it is nearly Rs 1.85 Lakhs dearer than its closest rival in the Indian market, the KTM RC 390. Similar to the preceding model, the Ninja 400 BS6 will be imported via the CBU route. The bookings are now open all across India and the deliveries are scheduled to commence form July’s first week.

The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer will offer the Ninja 400 in two colors- Lime Green (KRT Edition) and the Metallic Carbon Gray. The Lime Green (KRT Edition) paint theme uses the Lime Green as the base paint along with the black graphics and red highlights. The styling on the lime green (KRT Edition) is further enhanced by race- inspired graphics. The Metallic Carbon Gray, on the other hand, exudes a sneaky look with its black color. This color theme gets the lime green highlights on the fairing, cowl and tank. Do note that both the color options are available at the same price tag.

The BS6 complaint version retains the 399cc, parallel-twin, and liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is turned to produce 44.8bhp at 10,000rpm and 37Nm of the peak torque at 8,000rpm. And the feature list includes an LED headlight, semi-digital instrument cluster, and single disc brakes on both the wheels and dual channel ABS.
