Hyundai has launched an integrated mobile app called Hyundai Care, which will act as a one-stop solution for information on the nearest service provider and the services being provided.
Hyundai motors India has launched an integrated mobile app called Hyundai Care to offer services to its consumers. The app is GPS enabled and will allow customers to search for nearby dealers and service centers.
It will also allow customers to book service appointments through the app and give them an estimate of the expenses incurred in the service with the help of a service cost calculator. Consumers can provide online feedback on the car service through the app and a host of other convenient features.
Speaking on the app launch, Mr. Rakesh Srivastva, Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motors India, said, “We have developed Hyundai Care service mobile app to provide features that give real-time benefits to the customer. We feel the application will allow them to experience Hyundai services in a digital and thrilling new platform.”
The app is now available for both iOS and Android.
